ORDER PROCEDURE
In our online store, you will find a variety of products organized by category. You can add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the appropriate button. If you want to purchase more than one item, click "Continue Shopping."
Once your shopping cart is filled to your liking, select your preferred shipping method and click "Checkout."
Now enter your name and address information and choose a payment method. Optionally, you can enter a username and password so that your information is automatically filled in for any future purchases (this is optional). Click "Next."
Review your order and address information. You can also print your order here. Click "Next" (to pay via iDEAL or PayPal) and your order is placed.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are automatically calculated per order by the store software.
DELIVERY TIMES
Ettys Store strives to deliver your order within 7 to a maximum of 10 business days.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-12 business days.
PAYMENT METHODS
Ettys Store offers 4 options for paying for your order:
PREPAYMENT
You can transfer the total amount to KNAB bank account IBAN: NL04 KNAB 0256 7730 92, payable to: Ettys Store in Westerlee (GN).
Customers outside the Netherlands (within the EU) need the following additional information for payment to Ettys Store: Note: Don't forget to include your order number with your payment!

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD
You pay electronically via PayPal. You pay with your own email address and password. You don't need to maintain a balance. Credit card payments don't require a PayPal account. For more information, visit the PayPal website.
iDEAL | Wero
With iDEAL | Wero, you can pay for your online purchases reliably, securely, and easily. You pay in your familiar online payment environment, based on your own bank's specific security methods. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR RETURNS
CANCELLATION
Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If you cancel the order after it has been shipped to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Ettys Store has already received payment from you, we will refund the purchase price after we have received your return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this amount (only if you refuse the order at the door and allow the delivery person to take it back unopened).
RETURNS/COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have a cooling-off period of 7 business days to return the product without giving a reason, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions are products assembled specifically for you or products and services ordered specifically for you. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. Would you like to return the entire order? Items you have already received must be returned to the return address below. Ettys Store will refund the entire purchase price, including the shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You are also responsible for the shipping costs when returning only part of your order. The purchase price for the part of the order you returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
All cancellations, exchanges, and returns must be communicated to Ettys Store in writing. This can be done by email, fax, or mail. You must include your full name and invoice number.
For refunds of amounts already paid (in case of advance payment), we also need your bank account number. Customers from abroad must also provide the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Ettys Store. This is to prevent potential refund fraud.
Any payments already made amounts will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
